A big, breezy drum fill opens the track, accompanied by a plethora of voices that create spine-tingling chords for Lady Wray's thick and creamy vocals to sit on top of. Lady Wray's lyrics describe the bitter-sweet nature of intense romantic relationships, 'I wana fight all night, in the sheets all day, welcome you home, then I send you away'. the backing vocals sum up this double-edged emotion with the words 'joy and pain'.
